What if you received the answer to your question, even before sending your email? Here are the most frequent answers:

If the delay is too long, we invite you to ask us directly to cancel your order, we will reimburse you quickly.
Deadlines: if your request concerns the delay for an order placed recently, consult the "Shipping and returns" section of the online store. For example, spare parts are always shipped within 1 to 10 working days subject to availability. You will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order.
Addition of order: to make an addition to your order, you must place a new order, and in the comment section mark "Please group and reimburse the postage", we will reimburse you for the postage of the second order.
Refund: you can ask us for a refund of your order at any time, up to 15 days after receipt. Do this as soon as possible, because once it is marked in preparation, you may have to return it to us for a refund. We are very commercial, we generally refund the same day of cancellation or return of your order. For Shimano: if you have the diagram that was supplied with the box of your reel, you can type the reference directly into the search engine of our online store, we have them all referenced. For reels more than 5 years old, we invite you to ask us about the availability of parts. If you no longer have the exploded image that came with the box of your reel, do not look for it on the internet, do not give us a part reference. Only the full name of the reel or even better what is written under the foot of the reel, the part where the rod is placed. We will send you the diagram by email, or the link to the part to order. Avoid photos as much as possible, they are rarely useful.
