When you place an order on our Mepps online store, it is as if you were ordering directly from the Mepps factory: indeed our premises and the Mepps factory are located in the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis.
Your products come directly from the factory, which allows us to offer you the most recent products on the market: they have just been manufactured, and sometimes even specially for your order. The pallets are brand new, extremely shiny, the varnish is new, they have not suffered the wear and tear of waiting in a shelf or warehouse, and have never been handled: order a batch of spoons on our online store Mepps is THE guarantee of having the best product on the market;
Packaging
Therefore, Mepps manufactures and delivers only in batches of several spoons: this is why you are obliged to order batches of 6 to 24 spoons at a time (except some models sold individually), depending on the references. .
Production and shipping times:
- within 8 to 15 days during the trout opening period (except in August, the factory being closed in August)
To receive your spoons as quickly as possible, your order must be more than 105 euros (excluding shipping). So your order is shipped within 8 to 15 working days.
You didn't want to place such an order? Do not panic ! We have no minimum order. Order what you need, we will deliver it to you with a sometimes longer delay, in around 3 to 8 weeks.
- orders placed in October and November are shipped in January, orders placed in December are shipped in February. This allows the factory to streamline manufacturing in preparation for the coming year .
- orders placed in January February are delivered from March 15.
Delivery from 4.90 euros!
You can choose from two shipping methods:
- by Colissimo without signature 4.90 euros: delivery in 48 hours in your mailbox
- by Colissimo with signature 7.90 euros: delivery against signature, or after a transit advice note delivered to the La Poste counter.
Many of our customers choose delivery by Colissimo without signature, and it works very well.
Returns are accepted in accordance with the law:
- You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your order, except for goods that deteriorate or perish quickly, goods that you have opened and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, goods inseparable from other items, and any CDs, DVDs, or computer software you have opened
- You must inform us of your withdrawal, then return your order within 14 days, at your expense
- You will be refunded for your order no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal
